This is not a bad comedy joke. A seed got inside his body and sprouted. Yes, a fir tree. Unlike Dede, labeled “the tree man of Java” because of huge wart like growths on his body giving him a tree like appearance in this case a tree was literally growing inside the body.

Gee did you even think such a thing could happen?
