There are particular occasions where typical food choices follow a standard type of format. Thanksgiving is associated with turkey (not to their amusement), Easter with hams and so forth. In Philadelphia cheese steaks are practically sacred. When people visit the city, having a Philly cheese steak is a must have. Well, I made a seitan cheese steak that was delicious, even, beef eating meat eaters agreed. My recipe was inspired by Christine Pirello.
