The main  causes of cardiovascular disease,</span></p>
<ul>
<li>family history (which can be mitigated)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span class="mdlinxabstract">hypertension (which can be avoided)</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span class="mdlinxabstract"> diabetes (this can also be avoided)</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span class="mdlinxabstract">high cholesterol (this can also be avoided)</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span class="mdlinxabstract">obesity (also in your hands)</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span class="mdlinxabstract">lack of  exercise ( start moving)</span></li>
</ul>
<p>There you have it, you do not have to be a statistic if you act and make positive change in your life.</p>
