With that out of the way, it was rather an interesting film. The premise is a little quirky. A newbie is immersed in yoga for six months and during this time the entire experience is tracked. Personally I don’t agree with the term skeptic. He is just someone who wants to understand. A seeker. Most people that call themselves skeptics stand outside of an experience, of which they know nothing, and criticize – something they really know nothing about. This guy has his own personal experiences in this movie. In my humble view more people should do this, then at least you have something to say…of your own experience, not hearsay. He does a good job of a complex experience. He seems to be a good sport too.

The film includes several amazing interviews even one of BKS Iyengar himself. So cool. Philosophical tidbits are strewn throughout for you to nibble on as you choose. All in all I give it a solid 3 hearts out of 4. It is worth viewing.
