What is Wellness?

Wellness is a way of being in the world where you can rely on your inner resources to help you navigate through your life.  Wellness allows you to find yourself more a contributor to life than a taker.  Wellness for me is also a synonym for well-being, and it is more of journey than a destination.
Of course wellness is much, much more.  The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step…wellness can be like that too.  But your wellness journey should be joyful, if it is not, hit delete and begin again!
